Quality Control

Production capacity

1.Material

Raw materials workshop.

We purchase superior natural rubber,cotton,nylon,EP as the material.

2.Calendering

We have a calendering workshop which is almost the biggest one around the rubber industrial here in Tiantai county.

Many companies send their fabric here to process.

3.Rubber smelting

Rubber smelting with the internal mixer and open mill.

4.Wrapping

We have 2 wrapping line. Each day,we can produce about 2000m belts.

5.Vulcanization

We have 4 flat panel curing presses. The production quantity is 1500m per day.

6.Inspection

We inspect each belt to confirm they are smooth,nice and no other problem.

Otherwise, We inspect the material with machine in the laboratory.

We will test the tensile strength,elongation at break,Abrasion,Adhesion and so on.

7.Packing and Delivery

After the inspection,we pack the belts with water-proof fabric and then send them to our customers all over the world.
